Alyssa Health coaching

Build the tools to keep moving forward, even when life changes.

One-on-one coaching that combines nutrition, fitness, accountability, and practical problem-solving around your goals and your actual schedule.

Most clients aren’t really looking for a workout.

Energy
Enough to get through the day and still have something left for the people you love.
Strength
To comfortably handle what life asks of your body.
Confidence
To trust yourself again and know you can do difficult things.
Capacity
To care for yourself without spending everything you have for family and work.
Consistency
To stop repeatedly starting over.

What coaching actually buys you

You are not paying for information.

Nutrition and training information is free and endless, and most people already have more of it than they can use. What is hard to get on your own is someone applying it to you, and staying with you while it changes.

Personalization
A plan built around your goals, your schedule, your body, and what you are willing to keep doing.
Judgment
Someone who can tell which part of the plan is the problem when progress stalls.
Adaptation
The plan changes when travel, work, illness, or a hard season changes what is possible.
Accountability
Regular, honest check-ins with a person who notices whether you followed through.
Encouragement
Someone in your corner who believes you can do this, especially on the weeks you do not.

The deeper goal

Coaching should eventually make you more capable on your own.

Alyssa does not want you dependent on someone else forever. The goal is to learn skills you keep using long after coaching ends, like how to:

  • eat at a restaurant without feeling like you ruined your progress
  • understand portions and macros without letting numbers run your life
  • build a reasonable workout when you don’t have your usual gym
  • adjust when travel, kids, work, or illness disrupt the plan
  • return to consistency after an imperfect week

The outcome is not completing a program. It is becoming someone who knows how to keep going.

What makes this different from another plan

The plan changes. Your reason keeps you moving.

When someone is struggling, Alyssa does not hand them more rules. First she helps them reconnect with why the change matters. Sometimes the first answer is “I want to lose weight.” Underneath, it is usually something else:

That deeper reason becomes something to return to when motivation disappears. Then the plan can change: simplify a routine, adjust an exercise, set a milestone worth reaching for. Coaching adapts because real life does.

You don’t need to decide what kind of help you need before you call.

You may think the problem is nutrition. Or fitness. Or motivation. Or accountability. Usually those overlap. Start with what you want to change and why it matters, and Alyssa can work out what support is most useful. Depending on your goals, coaching may include:

How coaching works

  1. Start with a conversation

Tell Alyssa what is going on, what you want to change, and what you want your health to make possible. The first 15 minutes are free.

  2. Decide whether coaching makes sense

You do not need to choose a package before talking. Alyssa will help you work out whether one-on-one coaching is the right next step, or whether the Challenge is a better place to begin.

  3. Build your starting plan

If you decide to work together, the plan starts with your goals, abilities, schedule, preferences, and real-life constraints.

  4. Practice, adjust, build confidence

You will learn what works, adjust what doesn’t, celebrate what is improving, and build the skills to manage your own health with more confidence.

Coaching that can move with your life.

Alyssa Health is built primarily around virtual coaching, so you can get support without living near Alyssa or organizing your life around a particular gym. Limited in-person coaching may be available depending on location and schedule, but virtual is the long-term foundation.

In their words

“What sets Alyssa apart is that she genuinely cares. She believes in her clients even when they don’t believe in themselves.”

Brian

“She showed me how, encouraged me when I didn’t get it right away, then showed me where to improve. No one had ever taken the time before.”

Questions

Before you reach out

Do I need to be in shape before starting?

No. The starting point is wherever you are today.

Is this only about weight loss?

No. Weight loss is a goal for some people, but the focus is broader: energy, strength, capability, confidence, and habits that support what matters to you.

Is coaching virtual?

Primarily, yes. Limited in-person availability may exist depending on location and schedule, but Alyssa Health is designed as a virtual practice.

Full coaching feels like a big first step.

That is exactly why the 30-Day Healthy Habits Challenge exists. For $50 you can spend a month learning the fundamentals and experiencing the approach before deciding on anything more individualized.

How much does one-on-one coaching cost?

Coaching is individualized, so it begins with a conversation rather than an online package. Start with the free 15 minutes and Alyssa will explain what the next step could look like.

Does Alyssa Health provide medical care?

No. Alyssa Health provides general nutrition, fitness, wellness, and behavior-change coaching. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and it does not replace care from a physician, physical therapist, dietitian, or other qualified professional.

Let’s start with what you want your health to make possible.

No commitment, and no need to know what kind of coaching you need. Just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
